Return Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ARRANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER RECEIPT!

Needles: If they are the wrong kind, we will take them back minus any charges for used/broken needles. Please check your booklet or machine information to get the proper system needles.

We do not take back needles from other suppliers and do not "trade" needles.

We do not refund shipping back to us charges UNLESS it was our mistake.

Clothing/Blank returns. All returns should be made within a 30 day period and only unused, unworn, clean, in condition as sold items are accepted for return. Please contact us at kapres@kapres.com to arrange a return. If it is a sizing issue, we will work with you. However, we do not refund shipping charges on mis-sized items.
